We're rebels, not jerks. Here’s how we handle business.


Shipping

We ship everywhere sarcasm is legal — including all 50 U.S. states and most international destinations.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: You’ll choose your preferred method at checkout.
  • International Orders: May be subject to customs fees, duties, or delays. We wish we could control that. We can't.


Returns & Exchanges

Most of our items are made in small batches, and many are final sale — but we’re not monsters. If something arrives damaged or just plain wrong:

  • Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing echochambersupplyco@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
  • Returns for non-damaged items are considered on a case-by-case basis. We're a small shop, not a big-box retailer — we hope you understand.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at echochambersupplyco@gmail.com. Once it’s out the door, it’s out of our hands (literally).


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered,” we are, regrettably, at the mercy of the shipping gods. Please double-check with roommates, neighbors, or that one bush packages always get tossed behind. If you still can’t locate it, shoot us a note — we’ll do what we can.


Sustainability

We’re small but mighty. We use minimal, recyclable packaging whenever possible and work with partners who give a damn. Echo Chamber Supply Co. believes protest shouldn’t come wrapped in plastic.
